Basically the title. Given how much like KiCad the wire routing feels, and how messy things get sometimes in schematics, I think it'd be really nice to drop a text box on the schematic page. Or, at least extend how many characters can fit on a single wire label :)

Oh, is that text edit box limited to just 15 characters?
That was an issue in the past (in the [save_breaker] alpha)
with other such UI elements, and almost certainly it's not intended.
