General

• Set data offset does not work for any mode.

Ascii 8 Mode

• set_font does not seem to work/lacks documentation. Of the first few values, only 3 seems to do something (a completely black screen). Its name in the manual is also inconsistent with the other setting names.
• The manual entry does not mention that foreground and background colors are 24 bit values.

Ascii 24 Mode

• Foreground and background colors are too dark. 0xff corresponds to color 0x070703 (dark grey-ish) instead of white.

Pixel 8

• Only draws a black screen.

Pixel 24

• Colors are too dark. 0xffffff corresponds to color 0x070703 (dark grey-ish) instead of white.

The set_font setting is missleadingly named.

font here actually reffers to code page & there are
only 3 in the game (and is probably you couldn't tell
them apart, since the differences are only in the non ASCII
character or the control character ranges).

You can look that up in the manual, but you
won't get any indexes that are used here;
it definetely needs more documentation.

Even so, this one is a collection of bugs, so please keep reporting minor screen-related bugs here when they pop up
