#Saved schematics should be available across all campaign levels

Apologies if this has already been talked about; I searched and couldn't find anything πŸ™‚

I noticed that when you save a schematic in the campaign then it's only available in that particular level. I found this really annoying since future levels build on things you've done already, especially in the very early game where you're mostly just building more and more complex variations of similar circuits.

Uh, no, this doesn't make sense

#

schematics are tied to for example, a specific IO pin setup (not placement, but just what is available)

#

You can copy solutions from level to level if you need it in a different one

Alright that works; thanks bud πŸ™‚ I think this would be good to put into an early-campaign tip, since I hadn't even considered it (perhaps my own fault but still)

But isn't this what unlocking components is for?

I'm sure I'll figure it out I'm just drunk and tired

In this case, it's pretty early for you to make suggestions - you didn't even get to the level where you make a turing complete computer. But as you might notice, you already have AND, NAND, OR, NOR, NOT - so you don't need to remake them, this is what I'm talking about. As you keep going, the game will keep saving your solutions into components (for many of the levels), so keep looking at available components!

that said, I know this game is catering to an unusual niche πŸ™‚

Sure, early game is supposed to hook players, but if they didn't see something yet, doesn't mean it's not there

anyway work tomorrow so going to bed, was fun talking with you πŸ™‚

Then it should be a different request - emphasize to the player that you can copy/paste between the levels

And also, at this point for these levels, copying over solutions is basically useless if you aren't massivly overcomplicating everything
