Hey Everyone,
I recently started using Isaacsim for quadruped RL training. But I am not able to start it up. It crashes after some time.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi there

#

It might be due to your Nvidia drivers are too new to run the simulation

#

Check with

nvidia-smi

#

If it's something like 595, it might not supported. I am personally using 580 for Isaacsim 5.0.0

Hi @azure smelt thanks for the reply. This is what I am trying out now. I have been figuring out the issue for a week now. I also posted this on nvidia forums and I have been getting a good help from the team.
Linking the conversation here just in case if someone with my scenario faces this issue.

Ps:- It's still not solved, will give updates and exact steps on how to fix it when I get it right.

You have RTX 5050, and this command should work:

BRANCH=580 # or 570, 595, etc.

--- Open kernel module (REQUIRED for RTX 50-series) ---

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y "nvidia-driver-${BRANCH}-open"
