#extreme voltage drop ?

i was just out flying and when i took off the voltage dropped rapidly as you can see, after this 30 seconds later mabe the drone went into a 50 ft free fall from the battery dying i assume as that battery is now puffy and unusable . not sure what causes the voltage drop

i posted it on reddit , people saying it’s cause there was not enough voltage and weren’t charged . thought storage voltage was usable lol

was it at 3.6 afer you finished flying it?

hm didn’t check when it did the free fall i did plug it in but did not really pay attention . it might’ve been lower but the battery was puffy so packed up and left

when i plugged it in again the drone turned on and then i attempted to fly it instantly shut off

and all single went out

you plugged in a LiPo that showed 3.6V per cell, and flew it anyway?

that's basically 0.1V above empty

oh well didn’t know that .

thought it was about midway to empty

saw somewhere 3.2 is empty

the empty voltage is around 3.3V

#

but when you go to 3.5V and lower, the voltage drops off very quickly
