#Power Drone with Smoke stopper

I haven't done soldering with motors yet since I'm lazy, but do you have a multimeter?
I've used that to test for shorts since I don't have a smokestopper yet
do you know how a smoke stopper works?
yes its a PPTC that detects overcurrent and temporarely dramatically increases its resistance to stop the current flow
Correct. If there was a short at the motors, the smoke stopper would open immediately upon the battery being plugged in
The motors spinning will draw enough current to trip it anyway. If you plugged it in the first time and it didn't trip, that's its job done
