So it's a DarwinFPV 18650, powered by a lithium ion battery. I received this drone yesterday, and during it’s first flight indoors, it fell out of the air. It was able to hover in the air ok, but as soon as a small amount of throttle is applied, it shuts off and falls to the ground and restarts. Other times it will fly fine for a little while and then act problematic again. I use Sony VTC6 batteries. I have tried three different ones of these batteries as well as a Samsung INR18650-30Q, but the same happens. Sometimes the VTX will not power up either. This is a brand new drone with no modifications so I would expect it to work properly. I haven't updated BF or flashed any ESCs. Any ideas? Thanks

Darwin type problems
I haven't done much research but I guess you need high discharge 18650 batteries. The ones you use are regular 18650 I guess.
They VTC6 batteries I use are pretty much top of the range in terms of discharge rate.
Although it is difficult to get legitimate ones, and I don't have any way of measuring Max discharge rate
