So the mobula 7 comes with a charging board that would make it look like a 4s lipo. How would i go abould charging them? Lets say u wanna charge 4 450mah 1s lipo's. Do you charge it at 0,5A or in 2A? (2/4=0,5A).

It makes 4 1s batteries into 1 4s battery with the same capacity, that means it adds up the voltage, meaning it's in series
If it was to make 4 1s batteries into 1 1s battery with the capacity added up, it'd be in parallel
