so i indianised this thing. recipe: saute onion and tomato till it gets aromatic.
add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder and paprika. i used smoked paprika.
mix in the boiled lobia (add in 4 tbsp of the lobia water) and mix mix mix, in med flame, till the water is gone

i prefer drinking the rest of the boiled lobia water tho lmao😭😭😭
