Frank's List Theory - The Summary

My theory suggests that people mentioned in "Frank's List" (as seen in the final episode of The Animated Series) are other Surfers worldwide who found out about hoverboard technology.

Thanks to research, I came to a conclusion that the characters on the list are Darryl (D. Tannen) and Jack/Jenny (J. Connor).

The reason why I speculated this is because as we know from the actual game itself and early World Tour trailers, Frank is everywhere. If Frank is around, then the Secret Society (and by that extention, their own technology AKA hoverboards) also leaves a footprint here.

As for what happened to those Surfers, I am uncertain.
