You're right with this one. But once you have coin doubler at a steady duration, you only need 3 obstacles to activate his 1st ability since each one generates 40 coins.

Coin doublers? Those just simply double the coins you get by 2.
For example, if you’re at an odd number of coins and get a coin doubler, your coins will double by 1,3,5,7,9, etc. If you’re at an even number of coins and get a coin doubler, your coins will double by 2,4,6,8, 10, etc.

Use Billy and the Electric Blue Board.
Start a run, and immediately crash twice. DO NOT USE REVIVE CANS! Watch the ads twice. afterwards, collect 50 coins and crash. At the run results, watch an ad to double your coins. Then, start another run; but this time, only crash twice and watch the ads, then end your run to claim your bonus ad box.
