I just replicated it. This happens if your device's date isn't synced properly. If you changed your devices time, this happens.

You can fix it by resyncing your clock.

Now, counterarguing with some picks, they might/might not work. Here's some of them;

Fresh gains 5⚡every 20s at Tier 5 of his base ability. I know, but no one would wait that long. 👎

Ninja One gains 5⚡every coin sack collected at Tier 4 of his advanced ability. Fair enough, but Super Hooper is not coins. Even if you did, Cobweb wouldn't even help. 👎

Jay gains 5⚡more from buried caches; so 8 in total. That's not gonna help if you just reset boards. 👎

Noon gains 2⚡from every hurdle you jump/roll through. And 1⚡with a power-up active every 1.5s. (at best, 7 with a magnet/coin doubler or 10 with bubblegum). I respect the unique synergy with that. 👍

Billy gains 3⚡more from buried caches, and 7⚡from a power-up. With the right sections, okay. I can see why Billy is always the best choice. 👍

Tagbot... you gain 1 measly board charge every 1.5s with a battery. I think I know why your lifespan is degrading. 👎
