You should upgrade all surfers to around the same lvl to increase your gb. In addition unless you plan on being a compelionist only get boards that you use, and save your credits for other boards in the future. The cobweb nerf is noticeable but it is not that bad and is still the best board for coin farming if you pair it with Tricky.

Yutani, Tasha, Fresh are all S tier, Fresh is just not good on survivability. Tricky, Georgie, Noon and Rosalita can also help you with scoring. Classic is good if you don't have it use Grandmaster although it is slower at scoring but would be your second best option.
