Tons of different lvls make sure to get them all to a minimum of 14 where abilities cap, you have plenty coins so you should beable to get way higher than that.

It is not random, the second half is random, but the first half of tokens goes to your lowest lvl surfer.

If Ash and Georgie where your lowest lvls then it makes since, if two surfers are the same lvl it is going to be randomly split.

You should do that for all surfers to cap abilities, you have plenty of coins so you can go beyond that 14 mark
