For android users if you used an APK to install ssc during the soft launch yes because you would have a pre-register option, you could get the Track Star Outfit along with the Incognito Outfit, for ios players I don't think so as for ios does not have APK's.

If that is the case depending on how good Pouncer is it is going to take quite a long time to accumulate coins to upgrade to lvl 18. I have enough for lvl 17 but lvl 18 will be even more expensive and I would prefer not to waste resources. That can be used to upgrade new characters, so they will probably stay at 17 once I get them there for a few seasons.
The goal for today is just to get her to lvl 12, should be more than achievable, once the other surfers come out tomorrow I will get them to lvl 12 and then focus on lvl 17.

The maximum amount of tickets during the soft launch was 5. A little before the global launch of the game it was increased to 20. In addition in April there was A and B testing determining if SYBO wanted to decrease the amount of tickets to 10 or 5. They landed on 5 and the ticket amount has now been decreased back to the soft launch amount for everyone. SYBO has claimed that this is to balance the game and improve gameplay expirence by maintaining a challenge. The community disagrees and finds this a unescessary nerf.

The city tour Surfer is not Zara nor Prince K nor are there any surfers available for credits in the update. The city tour surfer is Noon. This could mean that we are only getting one soft launch character per update. It confuses me because what was the point in listing them on the helpshift, but I guess SYBO can do anything it is their game. I am still happy about the update, and that I get to see people get my favourite character. It will just probably take a few years to get all soft launch surfers back. If their plan is only to release one soft launch surfer per city tour.

Use classic if you do not have it use Grandmaster, upgrade all of your surfers, and do not upgrade boards you do not use if you do not plan on being a compleshionist, only buy boards you will use.

They just said "2 Chapters worth of new levels", which I believe will mean 1 chapter, but with 2 chapters worth of level
It would make sense to just have 1 chapter for 1 district with 1 new character
