Lots of drones hovering & a helicopter also surveying between the skyscrapers. Anyways, i also think Sunrise Blvd is also inspired by Times Square cos of multiple electronic billboards & business establishments present in the district. Not to mention the nonstop construction of buildings within the area which is also depicted in the game.
