Fresh: 8 (up to l15, 11 multiplayer to l20), plus double 3 stars (6) + hoverboards (2 my case, 3 in total) = up to 20 score multiplayer, up to 17 without hoverboards. Level up and you will have the same result.

If the option doesn't come up to "pre-register", I don't think you'll get the reward. I imagine the way that they are doing it is they are sending the skins to the accounts that have specifically pre-registered with apple/google. So if that option doesn't come up for you, you'll just get the early players one if you download now.

I think it depends if the APK you downloaded and your app is linked to your play store account. If you're logged in and synced up in the game, and that's the account you're going to be playing when the game releases globaly, then I believe you'll only get the early reward.

This was said a little while ago concerning other districts... seems to be a technical limitation, but hopefully they can sort out a workaround like loading and unloading the districts mid run instead of having all the districts loaded (even unused ones) all at once

There's a clear shift from "secret star" available districts, and then the ones after all 3 secret stars have been passed. So the 4th-5th district is when it hits it's max at the minute.

The "4 on rare occasions" is specifically if a "Break on Through" star comes up as I imagine it's deemed as a special one. To more reliably get this, keep restarting your run until you get a Southline start and then cross your fingers that you get the "Break on Through" star. This will guarantee a 4 star run. Took me about 10 minutes to get one.

Then compare how long it took to get to that million, average it out, and compare across all 22 characters. Doing the same with coins, but instead of time to get to 1 million, it's how many coins in 1 million. Runs will only be valid if all 3 secret stars are collected.

This is so Unfair they should make it so everyone has a chance at getting on the leaderboard, instead of locking characters behind a pay wall like to unlock the season characters you need to spend money on the track that has the character in.
Since characters put a 10% after you unlock them on to the multiplier. So anyone who has played all 10 seasons and bought each character they would have way over 300% multi and who knows how high there character is in levels.

Before the 1.29 version, and before 100keys for box (50keys), it was easier to collect tokens and upgrade the characters; now everything is more expensive, more rare tokens to collect from Ads, more credits in ads than what you need (once you have all the characters and hoverboards it will be useless); less keys in ads; At the same time you need the game to be different and not easily to upgrade, so people can play on long term; you dont have to upgrade everything in 3 weeks; after all the maths, I concluded that a full game upgrade can take you (in a fairly simple game) at least 7 years; it could be up to 130 years -depending on how much you play and pay), and this maths is only for the available characters and hoverboards); better to wait until feb 26, then decide the next steps; maybe we argue too much about a game that is made from the point of view of the company who knows better the users and their wishes.
