If it happens again, please open the console and check if there is anything peculiar there using the tilde key `~ just under ESC.

Once you encounter this issue again, as it seems to be only sometimes...
Turn off the game, and go into Documents\Silica and you will find a game.log.
Send that file here. (Don''t start the game until you sent the log.)
Optionally: When you don''t see any servers, even after refreshing. DM me, in console you can try joining my server #EU Prime Battalion by joining with a Game Server Steam ID.
But DM me first as, I restart 1-2 times per day and the game server ID switches.
