The behemoth feels fairly irrelevant to the mid and lategame for aliens since the impaler/scorpion does the job better. I have a thought for the behemoth to be able to plant nests of wasps in the ground that would act as proxy mines or budget quick and dirty frontline defensive turrets for the aliens.
