I want to tell my AI commander to focus ALL resources and units on attacking the BASE if I want it to attack I say "Attack" if I want it to forage I say "Harvest" if I want it to defend the base I say "Defend" or if I want it to do all at once and split it evenly I say "All"

I still stand by this I want this SO bad it'll help in FPS if you like playing Single Player

The problem here is that you will most likely be playing with several other players, who would disagree with how you command the AI commander.
Further, FPS players never really have the full context of what is going on with the overall fight. Trying to make the AI attack when they don't have the resources to do so, defend when the enemy tries to expand their economy, or grow their economy when resources are already amassed could be devastating to the overall fight.
