#Ko-Fi Tier Rewards Vs Kickstarter Tier Rewards

At the time of the Kickstarter campaign I could only afford to be a Commodore level supporter. However, since finding out you are offering the tier rewards on Ko-Fi, I have been saving up for a Rear Admiralty (which is what I really wanted in the first place but just didn't have the funds at the time).

My question is, if I go ahead to buy a Rear Admiral Tier Reward, do I just pay the difference between that and the Commodore Tire Reward I got from Kickstarter? Or do I pay in full and then keep my Commodore Tire Reward in addition to my new Rear Admiral Tier Reward? If the latter is true, can I gift my Commodore Tire Reward to a friend?

Any clarification on how this would work would be helpful, thanks!

You only have to pay the difference to upgrade your tier

I'd suggest DM'ing Claire first just to make sure all the ducks are in a row and make it a little easier to tie the two payments together, but you shouldn't have to pay full price if you don't want to

(Not confident enough to give an answer on the option to gift your current tier, but Claire can answer that too)

Alex is correct, the easiest way is to make a one-off payment on Ko-Fi or Paypal, and just put your backer number in the message so I can two the two together 🙂

If you want to keep your commodore and gift it to someone, then purchase rear admiral on Kofi, and then DM me to give me the details of the new person 🙂 Thanks.

That changes all the time, so I can't say but if you put it into Kofi, it should tell you. Or you can use an online currency converter 🙂

Hey, just a fellow up. I did receive a message on Ko-fi saying my status has been updated in your info, however I did notice on Discord at least my role is still set to Commodore. Is there anything on my end I need to do to update that or will it take a few days to update?
