#Middle Mouse Zoom - please also implement it for all other windows

I found that with my wacom pen and no mouse, I still can't zoom with the middle mouse button in all windows:

Timeline
3D view
Curve Editor.
I may have missed some others that I don't use regularly... 😉

Would be cool if that would work everywhere!

Today I stumbled over the same thing with timeline.
With the 3d-view it's sadly not that straight forward, because there MMB is already been assigned to look around (I.e. not orbit).
