Are you familiar with git and github at all? If no, I'd recommend you start there. You can try this.

Otherwise, If you have access to the code on replit, just copy past it or download it and push it to the repository you made on github. Github allows you to create folder and files from their website direclty. You can do it from there but it might be longer than downloading the project from replit and pushing it from there.

If you want more help, you'll need to share more information or ask more precise questions.

Transfer Replit code to GitHub

viral wharf
#

And can this be done even if I have free version?

full abyss
#

What and am I suppose to look at? Seems fine to me

viral wharf
#

Give me a sec

#

Let me see if it works

full abyss
viral wharf
#

So I am pretty sure replit came up with a new feature where you can create apps with an agent (ai)

#

I am trying to export that into my github to host it onto my website

full abyss
#

Oh okay, here we go a question that make more sense. So, I don't know about that feature but I'd assume replit will find way to prevent you from doing that.

#

Have you tried googling this?

viral wharf
#

I have not.

full abyss
#

That should've been your very first step

viral wharf
#

I do not see anything

#

About this

#

I just get this error when I rty

#

try

full abyss
#

What did you search, because I found what you're refering too and all they did is integrate ChatGPT and Claude into their app

#

To have access to their AI integrations, you have to at least have Replit Core which is 15$ per month.

viral wharf
#

Mmm

full abyss
#

Easily googlable

viral wharf
#

Even if I try to export, it won't let me correct?

#

im trying to get around it

#

I want to build a cirriculum to help people with exercises and use AI to help me build it

full abyss
viral wharf
#

True, but replit just makes it 10x better and easier

full abyss
#

Thing is, both ChatGPT and Claude are free so why not juste use them directly or learn how to code and save you the headache

viral wharf
#

Because I am trying to also create an ai-pose estimator

#

When someone performs an exercise, it gives the reps

#

And idk how to do trhat even with coding experience

full abyss
#

What exactly do you want to do, I'm not sure to understand? You want to use a camera to validate the pose of someone doing an exercise through AI?

viral wharf
#

Yes

#

Like this

#

Tired of stacking reps at the gym?

Been lifting heavy and just can't seem to lift that pen? (actually lol'd)

Well, have I got the app for you!

In this video you'll learn how to build your very own AI powered gym tracker using AI Powered Pose estimation. You'll leverage MediaPipe and Python to detect different posts from a webcam feed. Then re...

But I dont know how to host in on the website

#

and create the tool

full abyss
#

Maybe this is a project a bit out of your skill range

viral wharf
#

Is it in yours?

full abyss
#

I'm sure I could find a way to do that but I have other things to do

viral wharf
#

That's why im trying to use AI to help me

full abyss
#

Yeah, AI won't help you. It's not great at solving problem.

full abyss
#

That said, it's a bit out of my realm of expertise, I'm a backend developer not a AI engineer

viral wharf
#

Ok, and one last thing

#

Mind if I ask ur age

full abyss
#

I don't know what my age as to do in all that. I'm an adult, don't worry and I have years of dev experience.

viral wharf
#

no no

#

I am saying

#

Let's say im applying to colelge

#

right

#

USA

#

Do you think it will be impressive to have this on myh website and acheive impact by helping kids workout at home from this? Per say, top 50 schools in the country

#

And other features

#

My friend said AI can do eveyhthing so they'll think I used AI and did not truly create anything

full abyss
#

Your friend is wrong. AI is still very limited. It can help productivity by cutting down the boilerplate, but it cannot do something novel

#

And, I don't want to pronounce myself on US college since I'm not from the US (I'm from Canada). I don't know what's consdiered impressive or not for them. But a project like that could be interesting to show off in general

viral wharf
#

Ok, thanks for the extra voice. I am 16 trying to create this project

#

But he is saying that AI could technically create this and CS is oversatured

full abyss
#

He's wrong about AI but yes CS is currently oversatured with junior developer

viral wharf
#

I see

#

And what would you rate the difficulty of this project

#

for someone my age

full abyss
#

The age has nothing to do with the difficulty of this project

#

It's not about age but your skills and experience

viral wharf
#

ok, so what would you say the difficulty is

full abyss
#

Too hard to say. One person could do that quickly, it will take other years. It depends on how polish you want it, how fast you learn, how dedicated you are, etc.

#

You will definitely have to learn how to google better

viral wharf
#

lmao

#

I wil get to wor

#

work

#

thanks for the hel

#

help

full abyss
viral wharf
#

And also how can I convince my friend to do work in this project and not backseat

#

He has the same level of coding

#

seems like im doing everything

full abyss
#

Honestly, if he doesn't want to participate don't force him to. You're just going to get angry at him.

#

I've seen that often. If he's not motivated it won't amount to anything to "force" him to work. on your project

viral wharf
#

Got it. It's just hard and tiring to do everything by myself

full abyss
#

Maybe start and when he sees how cool it is he'll want to participate.

#

But, for now I'd invite him to but not expect him to work on it. It's going to be less frustrating and demotivating for you.

viral wharf
#

But when we list it on our college apps, we'll split role

#

co-founder and co-founder

full abyss
viral wharf
#

The project itself is almost finished

#

We just need to create these features

full abyss
full abyss
# viral wharf We just need to create these features

Mmh, this doesn't sound like the project is finish to me. Unless you're saying that there's other things included in your project that you didn't mention? That can change dramatically the tools that you'll be using. And it might require heavy rework on whatever you have right now.

#

When asking for help it's important to include as most details as possible. That's why I asked you to read the #📄・posting-guidelines before posting. Did you?

viral wharf
#

I did not. I am sorry. I was just eager to have someone help me

#

So esentially what it is is a website to help teenagers who don't have access to working have it through AI tools and a personal chatbot with our own custom database. The website is finished and we just need the AI tools

full abyss
#

Well... Being eager is good but rushing just leads to bad advice

viral wharf
#

So that's basically the end part, just the features

#

And I feel like i've done most of it or put the most effort

full abyss
#

As for the project itself, it's good to have ambition and your ideas could be good but I would write them down and prioritize the most important and doable ideas. Once all of them are done, you can start thinking about adding more. Start one by one, don't spread yourself too thin. Specially if you're alone working on it. Don't assume your friend will help.

viral wharf
#

Ok I see

#

thanks for the help

full abyss
#

Btw, if your project is open-source and free to use, you are welcome to share it in #1282750039936204842.

#

I really hope this helped, I know you were looking for more conrete answers. You're welcome to ask other questions if you need additionnal help but please read the #📄・posting-guidelines and make sure to ask more precice question.
