#which major should I take in ENGINEERING

Whats clout?
so much clout there
What does that even mean?
like bunch of people in my country are joining that course
so pls your help can decide my future
No, I don't think relying on other, specially people that does not know you at all, to choose your future is wise.
Why do you like? Is there a reason why you want to go in engineering? Is there's something you always wanted to do?
Like from 15 member only 2 or 3 take other course other than CSE
The real answer is do whatever will make you happy
Like I just want your guy’s opinion so I think and take decision
Also, people go in CSE because it's interesting but because it's in very high demand.
Tbh I am not able to figure. Out
Then explore different fields.
I was thinking of doing aeronautical engineering for a while
Read about different subject that pick your interest and even try to apply those, if you can, to real life.
That's definitely an interesting field. Think about why this interested you? Find the pattern in what attracts you to specific subjects and see if there's a field that brings all together.
Ok man thanks I’ll figure it out today and let you know
Thanks for advise

I don't think you have to figure out today. I'll rephrase that, you shouldn't figure this out today. Take your time to think about it. It's your career. It's something you'll spend hours doing every day. Although it's never impossible to change path later, it's important to deeply think about it.
I have counselling ahead in 4or 5 days

Do you think you cannot do better than them and stand out?
I felt same in CS but if you are truly interested in it and want to learn more, then it doesn’t matter how many other people join.
I would think about future career paths and what sort of life, companies, goals you got moving forward.
For me, I like computers and was always familiar with them, so learning about them was natural. If you got curiosity and interest in something then pursue it 😎
this is totally different than CS
Yeah ik I am also attracted to this
You could do CSE, then work in aerospace as a programmer (this is my goal).
I think I can stand out but rather than putting efforts where this many people are ther I would rather go for some other major putting the same effort
Any masters degree required for that?
nope
well, depend where you are from, in the US, no. In EU, yes
elsewhere, no idea
Well I’m from very populated country
India
Yeah, the aerospace program isn't that far yet, but making progress. I have heard that it was hard to get in aerospace in India
Yeah i’m pretty sure India landed on the moon pretty recently so there is most likely a boom in interest in the aerospace fields TBH it’s a booming industry all around the globe so it’s going to be hard to get into any aerospace company. Overall, I would recommend just going into what you enjoy because you’ll always outwork your competition if you find the job fun
pay and good outcome is still possible in CS, but yeah ur right it may be more difficult since it is saturated
can always be the overseas worker for another country haha
If I do CSE that is the option I have to do masters In overseas lol
Yeah aerospace can be boom in next 4 years and relayed to interest I am confused I am not able to figure out
I don’t want to regret taking this decision in future
