Hey so My Suggestion is to make more Captain Trainings and Not randomized 1 time a day Trainings! I also noticed how people outside of shifts Are Never Active. So give people a reason to have fun Even outside the Shift!

We don't need so much captain trainings but I agree that this game needs more activities outside of shifts. However, expect changes in the next version.

Hello!

The Captain training sessions aren't randomized; they are announced 1-3 hours in advance . Furthermore, the Captain trainings don't take place at the same time so that everyone (different timezones) can participate. I do agree that we need more activity outside the shifts tho.

They are a bit. They are announced 3 hours prior but you still don't know when exactly before announced. The other training times are fixed.

Regular training sessions do not always take place at the specified times too

Even if we had fixed CPT/Normal trainings, it would still depend on MR availability
