A new role

So you guys know that A380 is used for a long flight, so there are 4 seats 1 for captain 1 for Co-pilot 1 for a plane engineer and the last one for communicate officer . But here in Liberty airlines in A380 we only had 3 seats in the cockpit and with only 2 roles (Captain/CPT . Co-pilot/CO) So there are 1 seat left and that seat use to belong to plane engineer . So I purposed a new idea that we add a new seat to an A380 cockpit and create a new role
Such as
(Plane engineer/PER . Communicate officer/CMO)
With these 2 new role it would help people to get more chance to attend in shift incase the every role is full

I dont think this is neccisary, the flight team roles are fine as they are.

So adding a new seat would be unlikely as devs are working on the new airport, but if you wanted to suggest a role to just use the 3rd seat and explain what they would do, that’s definitely something to look into
