I became a staff in Kohaú Hibachi game and it was really convenient. Im hoping that Liberty Airlines would do something like that.

I think this might help but I also want varity in shifts. Most roles in shifts are only chatting, and very little to none other requirements. If everyone was just clicking a button and saying the same thing, it would be very hard for the MRs to pick who to promote?

Yes, thats why they can edit them. In the KHR, they made it editable so it was fun to see people's creativity. Because if it is not editable, it will be so bland. The MRs promote those who are good at their job, but don't forget about the creativity that all the staffs have.
