I understand that you want to become captain. The MR team hosts as much trainings as they can. I would suggest getting the "captain trainings" role in id:customize to be notified when they happend.

The MR team tries to host trainings at a varity of times, please keep in mind that they also have to sleep, like you, and they cant always be hosting them.
