So GO is required and I agree with that but if there is not enough staff (4) then they should not need to have a GO. To much shifts are being cancled for lack of staff and I beleve this is a good way to change that. If there is 5 or more staff GO will still be required but for shifts with less it should not be.

I mean, I kinda get this, we could just drive the plane forward, although I feel like 4 people per shift isn’t very good also, so I think they will probably not remove it.

I agree with this. I believe GO is not necessary as you can just teleport onto the plane without the gangway. Though, I believe it should still be a role in bigger shifts. But, I doubt Staffing will change GO, as Nick said.
