For me its on mobile devices, this usually happens when I didn't control the joystick.

It also could be that someone stood up and moved the plane, if this issue ever happends just press freeze and then sort out the problem.

as u say when someone stand and move the plane then why this plane is turning correctly 180degree ?

Yes, this happends a lot once the shift is over, some person walks into a wall and because the plane is not frozen it turns.

My guess is that the carecter does not turn, but just goes into the wall whie the plane turns, then once it turned 180 degres it is no longer facing the corect area so holding W would not move it anymore unles you turned yourself.

The bug that happens to me to if you keep low speed the plane will bug and turn if your nose gear isn’t faced that way, but if you have the plane in a high speed the plane won’t bug.
