I applied to, and I failed, You know what i would suggest, first think over your applicationa nd how you act, what may the Staff departmet want that is difrent and you can change.
Also did you verify, I did not verify and i failed?

Don’t feel discouraged!! There are plenty of other chances in the future–instead of giving up, focus on how you can improve!

And also please keep in mind that thousand applied and they had som much good people they mad it 120, you could have been really close to getting it.

You culd try working it over wit an MR or a friend and see if they can give you any advie.
Keep in mind i failed, and I am trying again, also depending on your rank you can get a role without an application coming out.

A few hundred probably did the application and only 100+ managed to pass.
