You can use your tools if there is a slight incidence, for example, if someone is trolling or going past places they shouldn't be. The players in game are not robots, they are players that genuinly come to the game to play. You should not be shooting or tool abusing on passengers that just want to play. Also, following the security procedures, tools should not even be used. You should give them a warning first.

Legally, you have no case against Liberty Airlines as you bought the gamepass. In the gamepass description it says:
"There are no refunds for this gamepass. If you abuse this role, you will be banned. To claim your rank: join the group and rejoin the game."
Furthermore, when you join the Liberty Airline game you are agreeing to our TOS, which suggests that you shouldnt abuse weapons and that our Management Team have the right to ban you from our game.
With all due respect, sir, you have no legal basis to sue Liberty Airlines. First of all, the gamepass specifically states that the role must NOT be abused, which you did by randomly shooting people (yes, that's abuse). By purchasing the gamepass, you agreed to that. Second of all, you're attempting to take them to court over less than ~$30 USD in Robux. Your legal fees end up costing much higher than that and it's almost certain that you'll lose the case. Not to mention that the developer behind Liberty Airlines is Boltable Studio, which is legally registered in the UAE. If you're based in the US, it would cost a fortune to pursue international litigation.

youre tos and "rule" cant be enforced. you can not tell someone they cant use something in a videogame if they buy it. imagine if cod or fortnite wouldnt let players use the skins or guns they bought
im almost positive you know that doesnt do anything. Roblox is allowing scam games like this one to continue scamming players. It's absolutley disgusting.
When you purchase it does state that there is no refunds. Also that there will be consequences if misused. When purchasing, you are agreeing to the statements that clearly are clarified beforehand. If you choose to buy the gamepass then misuse it, that is on you. It was clearly stated before about the consequences that would take place.
If you are buying it, we expect you to read over the following rules and description. After you purchase, it is completely on you for misusing the tools. It is our jobs as management to handle the outcome of the situation.
i will say again if you put in your tos "if you buy this i have the right to kill you" then its not legally binding
same goes with something that if you even think about using it youll get banned. There is absolutley 0 instances that anyone who have bought this gamepass can use it.

Sorry I don't mean to step in, however, the Gamepass clearly stated there are no refunds and that misuse of tools can lead to restrictions. When you purchased it you agreed to those rules. This wasn’t personal, it was just based on how the tools were used, so we won’t be issuing a refund. You were demoted for tool abuse, despite the warning given to you before-hand within the description of the Gamepass. The description is very straight forward, and anyone who tool abused, would receive the exact same consequences as you did. Legally, you agreed to the terms when you clicked the purchase button - therefore, you have no case.
I highly suggest you move on from this topic. If you'd like to achieve your old rank, you can still do do by attending a Training Session and working your way up with points.
