#Make a shift timetable!

Personally I think that many LR's would take advantage of it way too much. If we had a shift timetable for everyone to see they would join like 30 minutes before the announcement just so they can get a good role, it would be very easy to abuse. I think that everything I mentioned has already happened before, however you can always ask a MR when the next shift is.
They’d also probably ping the hoster if they’re late to the shift or canceling it, some people get mad over that
Truw
Speaking of asking an MR do you know when the next one is????
9 am!
My apologies for the late response, it was 12 am for me.
do you mean 8am?
its fine!
Oh yeah, didn't see there was a small change.
Yup, 8 am.
Thanks!
Hmmm
We had a shift schedule before but that doesn't worked really good.
Just put up a message in session just timings no name of host and nothing just shift timings if needed to be cancelled or changed just edit the message
It seems more complicated than our current system.
I don't think anything has to change, as mentioned before you can ask a MR when the next shift is anyway.
Ok but something it's just delay in reply
There is usually MR's typing the general chat.
If not you can ping an online MR one time and ask them.
Though there's more probability that a MR will reply to your question in #staff-discussion
Not at timings like 2am or 4 am EST
But people say don't ping MR for asking shift timings
Ok i will try to ping from now
True
It’s kinda a problem to not have it, but it’s another problem to have a timetable
Well there are barely 2 or 4 am shifts now.
It's okay to ping one and just one time, not spam ping every MR all the time.
Ok
