Add an extra ATC for shifts that for the blue airport there's ATC 1 and the red airport has ATC 2. This would be cool due to the added realism like real life pilots don't chat with the same atc from takeoff to landing, They connect to different Air Traffic Controllers, So they have different voices different styles different things.
Adding a second ATC would let liberty have more realism in shifts
