I recently made a purchase in your game to become a pilot, but unfortunately the experience didn’t really meet my expectations. I was hoping for something a bit different, and at the moment it feels incomplete, especially with some bugs affecting the gameplay.

Because of this, I would kindly like to request a refund for that purchase. Please understand that I truly enjoy your game and I believe it has a lot of potential. I would be more than happy to spend on it again in the future, once the pilot feature feels more polished and the issues are fixed.
