MR Applications will not be releasing every 2 weeks as they're mainly released by the Staffing Department when we need more, at the moment, we've only recently had them so they usually open every month

that’s the thing. respectfully, it doesn’t matter if lrs want it. we can’t have everyone be mr. and like youve heard, it only opens when we need more mrs. it’s not “let’s let lrs become mrs for fun!” it’s that we open them when we actually need more people on the team.

if you really want to know how many mrs there are that bad, go over to our roblox group and count them all up. js telling u, there isn’t a specific amount of mrs that there has to be for apps to open. its js when staffing feels like we need more.

executives wont get a break due to the high count of members here, executives actually grades the applications and that could take 2 days, then they need to do more stuff. then another week comes they need to repeat the same thing over and over again, they are HUMANS. not robots, hope you could understand and this will probably be denied soon.

Well, I want not be rude, but just wait until they really need more MR's! There is no reason to hire more MR's if they aren't in need of MR's. You cannot open applications in consecutive interwalls because the amount of resignations is different every time. You can have 10 resignations per week and need to open the applications in the next month or you can also have no resignations in 2 months and don't need to hire.

hai! staffing will not be releasing apps every 2 weeks. that makes them less "special", if you would. besides, that's way too soon. there would be very low chances at passing if they were every 2 weeks. its also just not feasible. staffing does not work 24/7. we do have lives asw!!!
