Dont reset points for ranking up weekly

Randomly resetting points each week is unfair to people starting towards end of week. Should never reset and instead maybe just increase point requirements for each rank

Well, you cannot increase points until infinity and the points are resetting every monday. Additionally, the point system self isn't the best way to pick outstanding work because it just expects from you to "stay in-game".

we can’t stop someone from playing and they’re free to play as long as they want regardless of if it is unhealthy. it’s their own choice wether or not it’s a good decision

look, i see what you’re saying but that just wouldn’t work. points are reset every week because that’s what keeps our players active. sure, it may not be super healthy if you’re trying to get like 100,000 points in a day, but no one is telling you to. also, like @mystic crow mentioned, we can’t just have a bunch of presidents and no other ranks. without our point system resetting, everyone would be able to obtain president super easily, even if we make the requirements higher.

You shouldn't get a rank just by points. You should better constandly attend shifts and show MR's your great performance. It should be easier to get recognised by MR's then getting promoted by points.
