Adding different uniforms for staff would help, because i can spot them easily, for example; if i was trying to find all the ground crew in a shift, I could spot them with there uniform. Another reason is that the persons role would match there uniform, which will make them feel like there actually there role!

There are different uniforms for staff members on sale and allowed to be used in shifts. But you just can't waer it by using the command.
