Can I do announcement like as airport staff but Im a captain now and I want to announce to the passengers to go at gate 4, but some cant see my chat

You need to be Supervisor+ to switch between ranks, like Airport Staff

#

So once you’re Supervisor you can switch to Airport Staff and announce
