Its been 3 days since i became a GM+ just to do the role of ATC but guess what?
The MR+ team lacks on staff so they want me to do other roles/its my first time doing the role of ATC.
I am not being rude. Tell me how would you feel after joining the 4 shift asking to be ATC but the answer you're getting is "Sorry can you do another role".
Why cant the MR+ team do the other roles?
Why are we supposed to do the roles we dont want to just because you lack people?

If there is lack of LR’s in a shift, MR’s job is not to fill in unless totally necessary. If you are GM+ You can do every role, not just ATC.

But i want to do the role of ATC. Why cant i? Just because its my first time doing it and the MR+ can just make an excuse about it to give me another role.

Look i dont mind doing other roles.

I just joined my 4th shift just to do ATC and my answer is no. I am just really sad about it nothing else.

It’s because ATC is not necessarily a main role in shifts, the main roles to have in shift are, GC,CPT,CO,GA and FA.

So sometimes ATC is not to have in a shift since it is an optional role.

And when making a question, make the title appropriate next time’

I was in your shift, the reason you didn’t get ATC was because we didn’t have enough people, we had 6 (including you) the roles that were taken that time was “CO,CPT, GO, GC” so we needed a GA and FA.

But cant the MR+ take a role like GA which ends quickly? I get the fact that the MR+ needs to see if the shift is going all good but can't they do a short role? (I did have a MR+ in my server who did it)
