Every day I’ve been going to the training sessions that are at 8pm EST (11pm uk time) and 10PM est (1am uk time) and nobody has been there to host it

You need to check under upcoming sessions in #sessions if the time you want isn't there then a training hasn't been claimed for it. If you already knew this then I don't know as they claim when they're available to do so.

To link your Roblox Account in discord your Account needs to be 18+ on Roblox

You have to verify with bloxlink so if you visit their website log in and verify your roblox account then use /getrole or /update in #bot-commands then you should be able to.
