problem with role in game

Hi, so I basically just did the flight attendant training and passed it but when I joined the game I had the airport staff role and I couldn’t change to flight attendant role it told me to pay or to apply for it on training. How can I solve this? Btw I have the airport staff because I bought it.

Let just hope the host has a picture of the training and all the lead trainers! Then, you will tell which lead trainer it is by looking at the user and avatar! Then, if that lead trainer claims that you pass then you may be promoted!

You may have been confused of maybe the person beside you pass. I had all the users listed of who passed and failed.

I just attended a training and I’m having problems with this again

So I attended a GC training being a Senior Airport Staff and I passed the training but now instead of getting the GC role I got the normal Airport Staff role so I lost my Senior Airport Staff role and didn’t got the role I was supposed to get
