The issue is already been seen as we are trying to fix it. May you update your roles in #bot-commands ?

That second thing is out of date and not used nor does it affect anything anymore. You are only able to join trainings at the times listed in the first photo or in #sessions

You have to join 10-30mins before the training starts, not on the exact time. And as said above they are a bit outdated.
