Sometimes hosts don't know that they are doing this since they have lots of other things to take care of. Also this might happen because there are other staff and the host has a big responsiblity. So I understand as this is unfair etc and it happended to me to however the host has other concerns to worry about. Another thing is, not trying to say this mean way or anything although you may have joined earlier and disconnect you left the server and so there are other staff waiting for roles. So, you have to be flexible with what the host gives you even if you disconnected. I understand the frustation etc but you have to understand that the host also needs to hand out roles to other staff and not just worry about your role. So if this happens just be "ok alright this is fine" and mabye next time they will make you the role that you want.

@rough cradle Adding on, the Host supervises every single user in-game. Checking the chat, handling trainings and doing stuff behind the scene. We don’t ignore you on purpose, although the training host has so much stuff to do. Additionally, if you disconnect the host needs to fill up that role ASAP. And if you join back, you can’t just have your role back, as it’ll make it complicated for the person who took the role you originally had.

Yes however as stated before the hosts can't just worry about tht as brainy said they have a huge role of supervising etc. And they are trying to start the session as soon as possible and the hosts have a lot of other things to worry about plus take care of then that so not trying to be mean but you should be thankful and be flexible with the role your given.
