General manager's haven't admin commands. Admin commands are for vice president+.

The GM role yes, but not the president role. I asked already so much HR's about that but they couldn't help me.

It may be a bug, it happens sometimes. Try rejoining the server, if it doesn’t work that it’s probably a bug.
