So I saw a past bug like this but idk, I bought the flight attendant pass like a day ago and I joined, first time it said I was a flight attendant but then the next I was a emergency response team now I'm premium
Also dont I get a staff card? Just wondering

Yeh, same problem. Today joined the game as captain. When I left and rejoined I was a flight attendant
