Complaint about shift at 1:05 pm BST today

Terrible shift i was a CPT and i was inexperienced but had to be it still so then we had to change cus that went wrong the shift took 1 hour and 37 minutes to conduct
the host left aswell and the co host took over no one got promoted as a result and everyone wasted their time but we didnt say anything to not bring a bad impression but still its not fair that shift and their should be some reasoning and the host who disconected and never came back shouldnt be let go and he would have to give a
good explanation

Just because nobody 'got promoted' doesn't mean that the shift was pointless. Not all shifts have promotions. And as for the host I believe it was his second time hosting a shift. The Co-Host, also was fairly new.

i understand but their should still be a promo the only excuse for it not being their was the host left

Not all shifts have promos, they only get promos if a staff memeber has performed really well

you have to earn a promotion being inexperienced and taking a long time won’t earn you one
