So for general managers, they can co-host in shifts, they get to assist and lead trainings in the Training Center, and get to fly planes, and more.
For presidents, they get to host shifts, also lead and assist in trainings, and pretty much the same as General Managers and other staff, but Presidents get to host shifts.
