Training Time

I joined and had 3 training sessions to choose from, 11 AM, 4 PM, and 9PM. Does that mean today, or tomorrow, as 2 of those times have already passed? I chose 9PM, so I should join today and tomorrow to make sure, but idk why it doesnt say the day
