You have to go on shifts to get a chance to get promoted you have to use grammar to increase your chances of getting promoted. Shifts are announced here: #825044957328572426 .

You can't go to training seasons to train people only Officer+ can do that. You can work on shifts as your role, the host will check how you do your work and give you feedback at the end. At the end of the shift, it is also possible that you will get a suggestion or be promoted if you do your job to the best of your ability.
